What we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone (if given), items booked, date, party size, amount.
• Account details (if you sign in): email, language, email preferences.
• Payment details: status and reference from the payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
• Site usage and measurement cookies, only with your consent.
• Reviews you submit.

Why. To issue tickets and send confirmations, contact you about a booking, process refunds, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting law. With your consent: to measure site and ad performance and to send news or review invitations.

Who receives it. The provider of the item you booked (only what is needed to serve you), our payment provider, our email provider, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.

How long. Booking and financial records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights. You may access, correct, delete, object or withdraw consent. In "My account" you can download your data, change email preferences and delete your account yourself, or write to [email protected]. You may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

Data on your device. Saved items and your profile photo stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
