Terms of service

Effective 5 October 2026

1. Who runs this site. This website is operated by Anda Trip ("we"). By booking you accept these terms.
2. Our role. We are a booking agent. Activities, shows and stays are run by the provider of each item, who is responsible for the service on site.
3. Prices. Prices are in Thai baht and include VAT. You pay the price shown before you confirm payment; no fee is added at checkout. Package prices can vary by service date and by when you book. Your price is locked when you start checkout, for the time shown on screen.
4. Payment. Pay with a method shown on the payment page. A booking is complete when we receive payment confirmation and email your ticket. If you paid and have no ticket within 30 minutes, contact us.
5. Tickets and vouchers. Your ticket is a link and QR code sent by email. Anyone with the link can open it, so do not share it. It is valid only for the stated date.
6. Cancellation and refunds. These follow the cancellation policy shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. See "Cancellation and refund policy".
7. Guests. Give accurate details and follow the venue's rules. A provider may refuse participation if it is unsafe (for example, driving activities); the provider's conditions apply.
8. Changes by the provider. If an item is cancelled or rescheduled by the provider, we will email you and refund the unused item in full.
9. Liability. We are not liable for loss arising from the provider's on-site service, except where the law says otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.
10. Governing law. Thai law applies.
